Vighnes Kanagaraj has over 20 years working experience in various multinational companies such as GlaxoSmithKline (pharmaceutical manufacturing) ,Maerskline (international shipping), Momentive (former GE silicones- industrial chemicals) and Alstom Power (now GE power, power plant construction (EPC) in Asia Pacific.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from University Malaya in 1999 and subsequently completed his MBA from University Malaya in 2010.

He is trained in lean six sigma methodologies and is certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and his is proficient delivering lean six sigma, change management ,quality and general management consultancy and trainings.

Jayanthi Tamotharan is a registered pharmacist whom obtained her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from University Malaya in 2001.

She was selected as the recipient of the University Malaya and Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society’s Gold Medal for the most outstanding student among her graduating batch based on her academic achievements and her active student activities.

Upon graduation , Jayanthi started her housemanship in the Klang General Hospital before earning her full registration as a pharmacist. Having practiced for 17 years as a community pharmacist in a number of chain pharmacies in the Klang Valley among them Apex Pharmacy,Watsons and Caring.

Jayanthi took on another career challenge ,in a form of associate lecturer in private education institution . Her latest position was as the Head of Academic department in her organization.

Her vast experience in various fields as a pharmacist enables Jayanthi to provide consultancy and trainings related to retail, sales and marketing in the healthcare.

She also continues her clinical practice as locum pharmacist in some community pharmacies
